- AIR MUSIC retains 100% ownership of all master and publishing rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This license grants synchronization usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the music.
- Music used in productions declared during an active subscription remains licensed indefinitely for that production.
- Licensee agrees to include all AIR MUSIC tracks with the names of composers in official cue sheets
- Licensee agrees to submit final cue sheet information to AIR MUSIC within 30 days of first release or broadcast.
- All plans are limited to a maximum of 25 AIR MUSIC tracks per project.
- STARTER and UNLIMITED plans exclude cinema theatrical releases and TV commercial usage.
- Music cannot be used for AI training, resale, redistribution, NFT usage, hate speech, pornography or political propaganda.
